Domestic & International Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $13 on all orders

  • Local pick up available (Mackay Region ONLY)*

*Local pick up option must be selected at the end of checkout once all details have been filled out.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days*

  • Local pick up: can be same day if ordered before midday

*Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. Also once it is out with the courier it is out of our control. We appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping:

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn and unwashed.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items and personalized products.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email our team including your order number and email address.

  • Follow the instructions to print a return shipping label and complete your return request.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Eligibility:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Process for Faulty or Damaged Goods:

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@offgrayclothing.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty or damaged item.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty or damaged item. Return shipping for faulty or damaged goods will be covered by us.

Replacement or Refund:

  • Upon receipt of the faulty or damaged item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or if a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If the item is part of a bundle or set, all components must be returned in order to process a refund or replacement.
